Error codes, warning lights, and how to safely restart your inverter.
What do I do if there is no power on the inverter?
First, check your consumer unit/fuse board for any tripped breakers. Ensure the isolator switches are turned on. If the inverter display is completely blank, check whether there is power available at the property. If all switches are on and the inverter remains unpowered, or if this happens more than twice a month, please contact support for further assistance.
What should I do if I see a red light or fault message on the inverter?
Record the error code displayed on the inverter and check the user manual. Many warnings are temporary and clear automatically. If the fault persists, contact support and provide the error code.
What do the green lights on my inverter mean?
Green indicator lights generally mean the inverter is operating normally and generating power. Refer to your inverter's user manual for model-specific indicators.
The inverter display is blank. What should I do?
First check if the AC isolator and main electrical supply are switched on. If they are, verify whether there is a power outage in your area. The inverter may shut down when grid power is unavailable.
