Why is my EDDI not heating the water?

The EDDI will only divert surplus solar energy once the home's electrical demand has been met. If there is insufficient excess solar generation available, the EDDI will not activate. You should also check that the immersion heater switch is turned on and that the thermostat has not tripped or failed. Contact 01 200 3003 if issues persist.
