This will be available to all eligible applicants, including landlords, management companies, and residents.The second level of support will be available to those who are unable to secure the necessary approvals from their landlord or management company. In this case, SEAI will work with the applicant to secure the approvals and install the EV charger on their behalf.This Programme will be available to all applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • The property must be located in Ireland
  • The property must be an apartment complex with two or more units
  • The applicant must be the owner, landlord, or resident of the property
  • The EV charger must be installed on the premises of the property
